Plenty of dress-up games sit you in front of a still wardrobe and let you take all evening. This one bolts that wardrobe onto a moving runway and dares you to grab what you need on the way past.

A brief blinks up at the top of the screen — princess, superhero, pyjamas, duck — and the catwalk immediately starts rolling. Tops, skirts, shoes and accessories come at you in lanes, and you get roughly a second to judge whether the next piece belongs on your character or ruins her whole look.

Gems are scattered between the clothes, and they are almost always sitting in the lane you were not planning to be in. That is the squeeze of every run: the outfit that matches is on the left, the money is on the right, and nothing slows down while you make up your mind.

The runway ends with a stop and a pose. The crowd judges how close you came to the brief, and the likes you collect pay for upgrades — fatter gem multipliers, a wider magnet, extra speed if you trust yourself with it. Spend carefully and the following run feels visibly better off.

Read the brief across the top before anything else, then keep your eyes on the lanes. Your character keeps walking forward by herself — the only thing in your hands is which lane she occupies when an item sweeps past.

Controls: 1. Change lanes: - on a computer: A/D or the left and right arrow keys. - on phones and tablets: press and hold the screen, then drag left or right. 2. Collect: touching an item is enough to put it on. Nothing asks you to confirm, so every lane change counts. 3. Pose: the runway finishes by itself and your score is worked out for you.

• Watch the screen ahead of your character, not the character herself. Once an item is level with her, the choice was made a moment ago.
• A near-match on the brief beats a complete outfit of wrong pieces — if you cannot tell, let the item go instead of grabbing it.
• Buy the magnet early. It quietly rescues the lane calls you get wrong, which at the start is most of them.
• Leave speed upgrades alone until your reads are reliable. Faster means less thinking time, not a bigger score.
• Go hunting for gems when the brief is an easy one, and play it straight when it is not.
